Working with one of our Personal trainers, you can take your fitness to the next level in a small group setting. Only 45 minute class combines weights, circuit training and simple cardio drills. This SGT will challenge you to push yourself to your limits and hit your goals faster than you could on your own. Our trainers cater to your individual needs but make it more fun in a small group setting. Get results with buddy training for 2-6 people. Bring a friend or we can pair you with a group who has the similar goals and fitness levels.
